RV Reducer WRV -E Series

The RV reducer is an evolution of the traditional cycloid drive. It utilizes a two-stage reduction structure combining planetary and cycloid gears, resulting in a range of exceptional features including high rigidity, high precision, high load capacity, high reduction ratio, and compact size.

Product Features

  • Built-in angular contact ball bearing mechanism improves reliability and reduces total cost

    Angular contact ball bearings are installed, so they can support external loads, have strong bending moment rigidity, and allow large bending moments; the number of required parts can be reduced and installation is easy

  • Two-stage reduction mechanism

    The orbital speed of the cycloid wheel is slowed down, and the vibration is small; the motor is directly connected to the input gear, and the inertia is small

  • Planetary carrier support mechanism

    High torsional rigidity, low vibration, and strong impact resistance

  • Roller bearing contact mechanism

    Low starting torque, low wear, long life, and small tooth gap (1 arc.min)

  • Cycloid wheel and pinion mechanism

    Small tooth gap and strong impact resistance: The multi-tooth meshing of the cycloid wheel and pinion can effectively resist impact loads.
